Thank you for shopping at Times Audio. We take pride in offering high-end audio and home theater equipment. Due to the specialized nature of our products, we have a strict Return & Refund Policy to ensure product integrity and customer satisfaction. Please read the following terms carefully before making a purchase.
1. General Return Policy
At Times Audio, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for opened, used, or installed products. This policy is in place to maintain the quality and authenticity of high-end AV equipment.
Eligibility for Returns
A return will only be accepted under the following conditions:
- The product is sealed, unopened, and in original packaging.
- The return request is made within 7 days of the delivery date.
- The product is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect (subject to inspection and approval).
- The product is purchased directly from Times Audio (online or in-store).

2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for the following:
- Opened or used products.
- Custom-installed or special-order items.
- Discounted or clearance items.
- Products with missing accessories, original packaging, or warranty cards.
- Software, digital downloads, or consumable items (e.g., cables, accessories, calibration tools, etc.).
3. Refund Policy
- Approved refunds (for eligible sealed items) will be processed after a thorough inspection.
- Refunds will be credited via the original payment method within 10-15 business days.
- Shipping, handling, and transaction fees are non-refundable.
- If a refund is issued due to a defective product, the refund amount will exclude any applicable restocking fee (if applicable).
4. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are only allowed for defective or damaged products received upon delivery.
- The replacement request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
- The product must be returned in original condition with all packaging, manuals, and accessories.
5. Damage & Defective Claims
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, follow these steps:
- Report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the item by emailing hello@timesaudio.in or parasher.s95@gmail.com.
- Provide clear images or video evidence of the issue.
- Our team will assess the claim and guide you through the resolution process (replacement, repair, or refund where applicable).
6. Shipping & Return Process
- Customers must ship the product back at their own cost unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- Products must be shipped in secure packaging to avoid damage in transit.
- If a product is returned damaged due to poor packaging, the return will be rejected.
7. Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled before shipment by contacting us immediately.
- Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
- If the cancellation is approved, any processing fees incurred will be deducted from the refund.
