At Times Audio Private Limited, we strive to ensure that every product reaches our customers in proper working condition. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
- Wrong product delivered by Times Audio.
- Product has a verified manufacturing defect.
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Change of mind.
- Product no longer required.
- Compatibility issues not confirmed by Times Audio before purchase.
- Improper installation or misuse.
- Cosmetic damage reported after installation or use.
- Products damaged due to customer handling.
- Special-order, custom-order or made-to-order products unless defective.
Return Request Period
Customers must notify Times Audio within 7 days of receiving the product.
Requests received after 7 days may not be eligible for return, replacement or refund.
Return Authorization
Before returning any product, customers must contact Times Audio and obtain return approval.
Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Return Shipping
Unless otherwise approved in writing, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Products must be returned in:
- Original packaging
- Complete accessories
- User manuals
- Warranty cards
- Any promotional items included with the product
Product Inspection
Returned products will be inspected after receipt.
If no manufacturing defect is found, the product may be returned to the customer and return shipping charges may apply.
Transportation Damage
Customers must inspect packages at the time of delivery.
Any visible transit damage, missing items or packaging issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with clear photographs and the original packaging.
Claims reported after this period may not be accepted.
Refund Approval
Refunds are processed only after:
- Product inspection is completed.
- Return eligibility is confirmed.
- Necessary approvals are received.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are generally processed within 7 to 14 business days.
Actual credit timelines depend on the customer’s bank, card issuer or payment provider.
Replacement
Where applicable, Times Audio may offer a replacement instead of a refund.
Replacement availability depends on stock and manufacturer policies.
Manufacturer Warranty Claims
Products covered under manufacturer warranty may require service, repair or replacement directly through the authorized brand service network.
Warranty decisions are made solely by the manufacturer.
